Job summary

ZIMMERMANN in Sydney is seeking a highly organised Digital Studio Coordinator to join our Digital team. Reporting to the Digital Studio Manager, you will manage end-to-end photoshoots, sample management and digital content creation that supports global product launches.

You will coordinate studio operations, assist on set, and ensure imagery meets brand standards. Working with Digital, Wholesale, Production, Design and E-commerce teams, you will help tell our collections' stories through

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital studio, photography, fashion, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong photography and image retouching skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Capture One.
• Excellent organisational and production coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and strong quality control capability.
• Understanding of photographic equipment and studio operations.
• Experience with CMS platforms and digital content workflows.
• Passion for fashion, photography and digital innovation.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photoshoot production, model bookings, styling days and shoot scheduling.
• Manage and track studio samples ahead of launches.
• Support studio operations, garment preparation and on-set assistance.
• Photograph product imagery across model, mannequin and flat lay formats.
• Produce and edit video content aligned to brand standards.
• Retouch and quality-control imagery for colour accuracy and consistency.
• Publish and maintain digital content across channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with Digital, Wholesale, PR and Design teams to meet priorities.
• Maintain studio equipment and improve workflows.

The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a highly organised and creatively driven Digital Studio Coordinator to join our Digital team in Sydney. Reporting to the Digital Studio Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end photoshoot production, sample management and digital content creation that supports product launches across our global business. You'll be responsible for coordinating studio operations, supporting on-set production, managing samples, and ensuring product imagery and video content are produced to the highest standard and aligned with the Creative Director's vision. Working closely with teams across Digital, Wholesale, Production, Design and E-commerce, you'll help bring each collection to life through exceptional visual storytelling and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating photoshoot production, including model bookings, styling days and shoot scheduling.
• Managing and tracking studio samples to ensure products are available and prepared ahead of launch deadlines.
• Supporting studio operations through garment preparation, sample organisation and on set assistance.
• Photographing product imagery across model, mannequin and flat lay formats using DSLR equipment.
• Producing and editing video content aligned to brand standards.
• Retouching and quality controlling imagery, ensuring colour accuracy, image consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Publishing and maintaining digital content across multiple channels and platforms.
• Collaborating with Digital, Wholesale, PR and Design teams to support business priorities and content requirements.
• Maintaining studio equipment and supporting continuous improvements to studio processes and workflows.

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience within a digital studio, photography, fashion, e-commerce or related environment.
• Strong photography and image retouching skills, with advanced Adobe Photoshop capability.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Capture One.
• Excellent organisational and production coordination skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and strong quality control capability.
• An understanding of photographic equipment and studio operations.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content workflows.
• A passion for fashion, photography and digital innovation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
