• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 3–5 years of digital ecommerce marketing experience.
• Experience with online consumer goods customers.
• Strong knowledge of search and digital shelf.

• Lead development of insight-based consumer-centric digital ecommerce programs.
• Manage day-to-day spend and activation of acquisition, conversion and loyalty activities.
• Develop strategic plans to elevate shopper engagement and Hill’s portfolio online.
