Job summary

Airswift invites an experienced Lead Planner to Perth to drive integrated planning and portfolio scheduling across brownfield and offshore projects. You will work with project managers, engineers, and controls teams to optimise schedules and deliver critical insights for decision-making.

Candidates should have extensive Primavera P6 experience, strong SRA/IAP skills, and a track record in coordinating multi-project schedules in offshore environments.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in planning and scheduling within Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, Offshore, or Major Capital Projects.
• Extensive experience using Primavera P6 in complex project environments.
• Strong experience in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Integrated Activity Planning (IAP).
• Proven background supporting brownfield projects and offshore facilities.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing integrated schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Exposure to TIC-based project controls environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and portfolio scheduling activities across multiple projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Facilitate schedule reviews, planning workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Support brownfield project execution and offshore operational activities.
• Develop resource forecasts and capacity planning models to support project delivery.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor schedule performance and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
• Drive best-practice project controls methodologies and planning standards.
• Mentor and support planning team members where required.
