Job summary

ICON Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced offshore supervisor to lead multi-discipline brownfields campaigns on live production facilities. You will be the primary offshore representative, accountable for safe, efficient execution and for coordinating between onshore and offshore teams.

You will oversee constructability reviews, workpack development, and planning to ensure tight schedules are met while maintaining high safety standards and disciplined change control.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in a relevant discipline (Structural preferred).
• Diploma in Project Management or Construction Management.
• Experience supervising offshore brownfields construction on live facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore construction teams across multi-discipline brownfields scopes on live facilities.
• Direct, coordinate and own site construction operations with client and onshore teams.
• Manage HSE, SIMOPS interfaces, PTW and site change management processes.
• Own PTW for ICON-related scopes; participate in constructability reviews and workpack development.
• Provide construction input during planning and execution phases.
