Job summary

ICON Engineering is seeking a Project Implementation Engineer / Package Engineer to drive the path from engineering through offshore execution on a safety-critical brownfield project. You will manage the Ready for Implementation process and ensure offshore requirements—documentation, materials, equipment and personnel—are in place and ready to mobilise on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client’s 'Ready for Implementation' process ensuring engineering, fabrication, mobilisation and construction activities are planned and performed to requirements.
• Prepare work packs for offshore construction activities aboard the NRA FSS.
• Ensure all documentation, engineering, materials, equipment and personnel are ready for timely mobilisation to the facility.
• Engage and inform all stakeholders of offshore activities and secure all approvals on time.
• Report on progress of implementation personnel, incomplete activities and priorities.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, review sessions, HAZIDs and risk reviews.
• Deliver to Client requirements, including processes set by Operations, Asset and Project departments.

About the Opportunity

ICON is seeking a Project Implementation Engineer / Package Engineer to take ownership of the path from engineering through to offshore execution on a safety-critical brownfield project.

You will manage the Client’s “Ready for Implementation” process and make sure that all offshore requirements (documentation, materials, equipment and people) are in place, approved and ready to mobilise on time..

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Client’s “Ready for Implementation” process, ensuring engineering, fabrication, mobilisation and construction activities are planned and performed in accordance with project and Client requirements
• Prepare work packs for offshore construction activities aboard the NRA FSS
• Ensure all documentation, engineering, materials, equipment and personnel are ready for timely mobilisation to the facility
• Engage and inform all stakeholders of offshore activities, and ensure all required approvals are in place on time
• Report on the progress of implementation personnel, incomplete activities and priorities
• Plan and facilitate workshops, review sessions, HAZIDs and risk reviews
• Understand and deliver to the Client’s requirements, including processes set by their Operations, Asset and Project departments

About You

• Engineering degree with relevant experience in offshore or brownfield project execution
• Experience preparing construction work packs and coordinating offshore mobilisation
• Confident facilitating HAZIDs, workshops and risk reviews
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work within Client management systems and approval processes
• Familiarity with operator/rig offshore standards (preferred)
