Job summary
Monadelphous is seeking experienced INLEC Supervisors to join our offshore operations, supervising electrical and instrumentation activities while ensuring safety and efficiency in line with project requirements.
You will provide day-to-day leadership to the offshore workforce, coordinate work fronts and liaise with key stakeholders to support successful maintenance execution. The role operates on a 2:2 roster with 12-hour days offshore.
Qualifications
- Experience as INLEC Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
- Offshore, oil & gas, maintenance or shutdown environment experience.
- Strong safety and permit-to-work knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities.
- Provide leadership to offshore workforce.
- Coordinate daily work fronts, priorities and resources.
- Ensure safe completion of work per procedures and standards.
- Monitor progress against plans and schedules.
- Liaise with operations, maintenance and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting execution.
- Ensure permits, documentation and reporting are completed.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the team.
