We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Supervisor with a customer service focus to join our Caringbah office.
This position oversees the Client Experience team providing support and supervision to our front-line staff. You will have a day-to-day responsibility for the management of the region’s resources, including buildings, and IT infrastructure. Support administrative services and provide training and support.
Working with vulnerable families and clients, this role requires a passionate and empathetic leader with demonstrated previous management or supervisory experience in a service delivery environment.
Location: Caringbah office
Employment Type: Maximum Term (Parental Leave Cover) contract position, up to 14 January 2028 (estimated commencement, late November 2026)
Hours of Work: 75 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: in line with a SCHADS Award level 4 position, with an hourly rate of $51.94, plus superannuation, and access to NFP Salary packaging benefits.
