Interrelate is seeking a compassionate Coordinator to lead the Children’s Contact Service (CCS) in Dubbo. You will guide a small team to deliver safe, neutral, child-focused contact for families in separation and conflict, overseeing supervised visits and changeovers.
You will ensure best-practice service delivery, maintain safety and quality standards, and work within the law. The role offers a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028 with attractive hourly rates.

You are someone who leads with empathy, clarity and confidence. You bring strong interpersonal skills, a calm presence, and the ability to guide both staff and families through sensitive and complex situations. You bring strong leadership skills, sound judgement and a child-centred approach to practice.
You have experience working with culturally diverse clients and understand the importance of culturally responsive practice. You are child-focused and skilled in supporting parents who may be experiencing conflict, vulnerability or challenging family dynamics. Your approach helps create safe pathways that promote children’s wellbeing and strengthen family relationships.
