The opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join our Adelaide team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of an office environment and has experience supporting an administrative team. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, enjoy working in the office five days per week, this role may be of interest. In this hands‑on role, you will support daily office operations, including managing deliveries, and ensuring office supplies are well organised and consistently stocked.

This hands‑on role involves a high volume of day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Admin function and providing facilities and office support
  • Maintaining and managing stock levels of office supplies, stationery, kitchen supplies and sundries
  • Working with Reception, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to support and set up meeting rooms, including AV, catering and facilities
  • Managing the allocation of workstations for new starters and updating the floor plan
  • Responding to requests via the Admin Helpdesk
  • Sorting and managing internal and external mail including office deliveries
  • Providing ad hoc Reception cover during planned and unplanned leave, and for meal breaks
  • Overseeing office cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide support for Emergency Evacuation Procedures
  • Managing staff access passes for the building
  • Supporting building and security maintenance and reporting repairs as required
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
  • experience providing admin support and office service;
  • excellent organisational skills with a mature, proactive approach;
  • have excellent communication skills with a customer service approach;
  • have strong teamwork skills; and
  • experience working within professional services is advantageous.
