Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an organized administrator to help run our aged care home smoothly. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to keep rosters, coordinate recruitment, and handle enquiries with care.

This role involves payroll and billing support, record keeping, and daily tasks to ensure high-quality resident care. Experience in aged care and rostering is preferred, with strong data skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• A proven ability to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate rosters with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales.
• Lend a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Maintaining all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.

About the Role

You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to ourresidential aged care manager.

Usually, your day will involve:

• Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters

• Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales

You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)

• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally)
