Job summary

Sigma White Pty Ltd on behalf of Global Vision Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager in Baulkham Hills, NSW. This full-time role offers AU$79,000 to AU$85,000 plus 12% superannuation, with 38 hours per week and a local address at 14 Broula Ave Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate daily office administration and establish priorities to ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
  • Organise staffing, office resources, workspaces, equipment, and administrative requirements according to business needs.
  • Allocate tasks to administrative staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate business records, accounts, invoices, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with education professionals, management, staff, students, and other stakeholders to resolve administrative and operational matters.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and service arrangements to ensure the workplace remains properly maintained.
  • Assist with recruitment, staff onboarding, training, rostering, performance management, and general personnel administration.
  • Monitor payroll and staff records and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures, systems, and processes to improve administrative efficiency.
  • Ensure office activities comply with applicable workplace health and safety requirements, privacy obligations, and relevant legislation and policies.
  • Prepare administrative reports and provide management with information to support operational planning and decision-making.
