PAVAN ENTERPRISES PTY. LTD. is seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations, implement efficient office procedures, and coordinate business support functions.
Reporting directly to company directors, you will ensure the seamless day-to-day running of our administrative systems, manage office resources, coordinate internal communications, and support team operations.

Direct, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations and office services to ensure workflow efficiency across the enterprise.
Review, formulate, and implement standard office policies, operational guidelines, and document-management procedures.
Manage office budgets, maintain records of operational expenditure, and coordinate purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Maintain internal filing, data storage, and digital documentation systems in compliance with relevant data management and record-keeping laws.
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, landlords, utility providers, and IT support services to resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate internal communications, schedule key meetings, prepare operational agendas, and document minutes.
Support human resources administrative workflows, including onboarding coordination, staff records maintenance, and leave tracking.
Monitor office health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of continuous experience in office management, senior administrative coordination, or executive support.
Software Proficiency: High-level competency with office productivity software, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and shared drive/cloud management platforms.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize conflicting deadlines, manage administrative budgets, and maintain systematic record keeping.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with proven capability to liaise professionally with stakeholders, contractors, and management.
