Arch Space Design Pty Ltd in ACT is seeking a full-time Office Manager to run a small office and support architectural drafting operations. The role includes planning daily activities, coordinating with clients and professionals, and maintaining records. Salary in the advertised range is $78,000–$85,000 plus superannuation.

Ideal candidates will have a diploma and at least one year of experience, strong communication and tech skills, and the ability to multitask in a small team.

ARCH SPACE DESIGN PTY LTD Full-time office manager Arch Space Design Pty Ltd is a boutique architectural drafting firm located Australian Capital Territory. The business specializes in providing residential architectural drafting, design documentation and related services to clients. We strive to deliver accurate, practical and high-quality drafting service solutions tailored to each client's needs for residential designing, interior design, fit-out works.

We are seeking full-time office manager (38 hours per week) to join and manage our work at 20 Potoroo Street Throsby, ACT. An annual salary of $78000-$85000 plus superannuation is on offer. Job Duties Plan and organise daily office activities and administrative services.

Assign tasks with clients and monitor the client's requirements acceptation. Maintain office records, invoices, accounts and other documents. Coordinate with private certifier's, clients and other professionals.

Ensure office equipment, software and supplies are maintained. Ensure office operations comply with relevant laws, policies and procedures. Supervise administrative activities and improve office procedures.
