Aboriginal Land Council NSW – Liverpool is seeking an Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and administration. You will be the primary contact for the Yarpa Hub and work with the Operations Manager to support Hub activities and services.
The role focuses on greeting visitors, handling inquiries, CRM data integrity, space bookings, stock management, and general admin tasks to maintain a well-run hub that reflects the organisation’s purpose and culture.
Salary Band 3 with the commencing salary $72,800 per annum plus superannuation of 12%
70-hour fortnight, NFP salary packaging, EAP, hybrid workplace and other benefits

As the Office Coordinator you will be ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and administration duties. As a primary point of contact of Yarpa Hub, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to contribute to the coordination, facilitation, and overall support of Hub activities.
This role is integral to the efficient and effective delivery of Yarpa services and contributes to maintaining a positive image of the Yarpa Hub.
Greet all visitors entering or contacting the Hub and provide exceptional customer service.
Address all Yarpa Hub Hotline general inquiries, and direct specific inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Address all general inquiries received through email, website, and social media within two business days.
Respond to and direct specific email, website, and social media inquiries to the appropriate staff member within two business days.
Record client and inquiry details accurately in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM).
Coordinate Hub space bookings, collaborating with members, clients, and Hub staff.
Maintain the Yarpa Hub space, ensuring it is organized equipped, and tidy at all times.
Manage stock take activities for merchandise, office supplies and stationery.
Manage various administrative tasks that ensures smooth operations of the Yarpa Hub and supports the team to undertake their duties.
Assist with CRM administration tasks to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
Support workplace health and safety (WHS) initiatives.
Acting in accordance with NSWALC people, policies, and procedures, including WHS obligations, applying high standards of probity and ethical behaviour.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
Aboriginality as authorised under Section 14(D) of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1977 NSW.
Knowledge and appreciation of the cultural, social, and economic needs of Aboriginal people.
Integrity and commitment to Ethical Practice, Equity, Diversity and Occupational Health and Safety.
Strong computer literacy skills including use of Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to plan and progress work, and manage time and competing priorities to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management Database Systems.
Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain.
