PALS Inc is seeking a reliable, friendly and community-minded Yarrawonga Office & CEO Support Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and help keep our Yarrawonga office welcoming, organised and running smoothly.
This is an entry-level, hands-on, office-based position for someone who enjoys helping people, completing practical tasks carefully and learning new skills.

Reporting to the CEO, you will provide routine reception, office and administrative support from our Yarrawonga office. You will work under close direction, using established procedures, templates and checklists to complete allocated office tasks, prepare meeting materials, maintain documents and records, and provide courteous assistance to visitors, callers and staff.

This position is based at the PALS Yarrawonga office. Regular on-site attendance is an inherent requirement because the role includes reception, physical mail, document handling, meeting-room preparation, office supplies and practical in-person support. Remote work is not an ordinary feature of the position.
You are a reliable, friendly and organised person who enjoys helping others and completing practical office tasks carefully. You will be comfortable following instructions, using established systems and asking for guidance when needed.
You will bring:
Prior experience in reception, administration, retail, customer service, volunteering, office support, social-media posting or website-content updates will be highly regarded.
