Job description

Be the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and energetic Office & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Arundel.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves being across the details, enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating an organised, welcoming and well‑run workplace.

You’ll play an important role in the day‑to‑day running of our office and provide administrative support across our growing group of businesses.

From coordinating new starter equipment and organising team celebrations to managing office supplies, assisting with our vehicle fleet and jumping on the unexpected tasks that pop up throughout the day, no two days will look exactly the same.

This could be a great next step if you already have administration or office support experience and are looking for an opportunity where you can take on more responsibility, develop your skills and grow your career.

What you'll be doing

You’ll help keep our office organised, our people supported and the day‑to‑day details under control. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the general day‑to‑day running and presentation of the office and meeting spaces

  • Managing office supplies, equipment and stock levels

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Assisting with meeting coordination, room preparation and appointments

  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and People & Culture team

  • Coordinating staff travel and accommodation when required

  • Helping organise team events, celebrations and office activities

  • Coordinating birthdays, welcome gifts and other employee celebrations

  • Assisting with the administration and coordination of our company vehicle fleet, including servicing and appointments

  • Supporting new employee onboarding, including preparing laptops, phones and other equipment

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects across the business

  • Assist team members with basic day‑to‑day IT and equipment issues, including headsets, monitors, laptops and workstation setups, escalating issues where additional IT support is required.

  • Supporting our Directors with occasional business‑related errands and administrative requests

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information professionally

What we're looking for

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and gets things done.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Brings a positive, energetic and can‑do attitude

  • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked

  • Is highly organised and can confidently manage competing priorities

  • Notices the little things and takes pride in getting them right

  • Can adapt quickly when priorities change

  • Communicates confidently and professionally with people at all levels

  • Is comfortable working independently while also being a genuine team player

  • Learns quickly and isn’t afraid to tackle something new

  • Remains calm and solutions‑focused in a busy environment

  • Someone we can trust, you’ll have access to confidential information, sensitive business matters and company funds, so integrity, discretion and good judgement are incredibly important to us.

  • Takes confidentiality and professionalism seriously

Previous experience in administration, office coordination, reception or a similar support role would be highly regarded.

Why join us?

We’re a growing group of businesses, which means there is plenty happening – and plenty of opportunity to grow with us.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Employee benefits that unlock as your tenure grows

  • Regular office events, celebrations and team activities

  • Training, support and mentorship

  • Genuine opportunities for career development and progression

  • A collaborative and supportive team environment

  • A competitive remuneration package

  • The opportunity to make the role your own as the business continues to grow

Sound like you?

We’re looking for someone who puts thought and effort into what they do – and we'd love to see that reflected in your application.

Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us a little about yourself, your relevant experience and why this opportunity caught your attention.
