Euroform is an established manufacturing business specialising in custom cabinetry and stone benchtops for residential and commercial construction projects. We are a busy, hands-on team in NSW, offering a permanent full-time role with varied administration responsibilities.
The role covers reception, admin, accounts support, travel coordination, email management and general office organisation. We value reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn as you contribute across the business.
Administration | Accounts Support | Reception | Full-Time
Looking for variety? Become the person who helps keep our office running.
Whether you're looking to start your office career or you're an experienced administration all-rounder, this could be the opportunity for you.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our busy team. This is a varied role covering reception, administration, accounts support, travel coordination, email management and general office organisation.
Experience is great – but attitude, communication skills and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
What you'll be doing
You'll become an important part of the day-to-day running of our office, with responsibilities including:
Answering incoming calls confidently and professionally
Asking the right questions, gathering information and directing enquiries to the appropriate person
Managing our general enquiries and quotation request email inboxes
Preparing professional email responses in line with company guidelines
Coordinating business travel and accommodation bookings
Taking ownership of office supplies, including ordering, stock levels and ensuring we're never caught short
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
General data entry, filing and office administration
Planning and coordinating company events and staff functions
Assisting different departments with administrative tasks as required
Learning new areas of the business and taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge grows
What we're looking for
First and foremost, you need to be a good communicator.
You'll often be the first person someone speaks to when they call our business, so you need to be comfortable picking up the phone, having a conversation and working out what the caller actually needs.
You'll need:
Strong verbal and written communication skills – a confident and friendly phone manner and the ability to write clear and professional emails
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The ability to juggle different tasks and priorities
Initiative and a willingness to find things out
A reliable and positive approach to work
A willingness to learn and get involved
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in office administration, reception, customer service, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
First Aid - A current First Aid Certificate and willingness to take on the role of workplace First Aid Officer would be an advantage but is not mandatory for the position.
Junior applicants – don't be afraid to apply!
If you're starting your career and hasn't done all of these things before, that's okay.
We're happy to teach someone who has good communication skills, confidence, common sense and a genuine willingness to learn.
This is an opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of business administration rather than being limited to one repetitive task.
Experienced administrators
If you've already worked in administration and enjoy being the person everyone relies on to get things organised, we'd love to hear from you.
There's plenty of scope to take ownership of the role, use your existing skills and become a key support person within the business.
