Job summary

ARB Corporation in Rockhampton is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive premium 4x4 accessory sales. You’ll convert enquiries to orders, provide outstanding service, and manage bookings from start to finish while building lasting customer relationships.

You'll respond to inquiries over the counter, phone, and email from dealers and trade clients, participate in events, and advocate the ARB brand while delivering expert product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive knowledge and passion for off-road adventures.
• Comfortable using systems for customer databases and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Provide admin support including data entry, bookings, and inventory checks.
• Handle sales inquiries by over-the-counter, phone, and email from dealers and trade clients.
• Participate in events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days to showcase ARB products.
