Hydrautech in Ballarat is seeking an Internal Sales Support person to back the OEM division. You will process and coordinate customer orders, liaise with suppliers, assist with purchasing and stock, and prepare quotes and sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, sales administration, customer service or purchasing.
• Strong attention to detail and good computer skills.
• Experience in hydraulics, engineering, manufacturing or related environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and assist with purchasing and stock requirements.
• Prepare quotes and sales documentation; follow up orders and deliveries.
