Job summary

Stylerunner is seeking an inspiring Store Manager for our Bondi Beach ODE store. You’ll lead from the front, coach the team, drive results, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences that empower customers and elevate the Stylerunner brand.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, roster planning, stock management and VM standards, while partnering with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities and develop your team’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Proven leadership that motivates and inspires a team.
• Track record of hitting sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• Strong VM, customer service and operational skills.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that’s inclusive, energetic, and always on brand. You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• A “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster
