Job summary

Stylerunner, part of Accent Group, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Bondi Beach store with style and purpose. You will coach the team, drive sales, and ensure a premium in-store experience that reflects our fashion-forward ethos.

In this role you will own daily operations, roster planning, stock control, and visual merchandising while partnering with the Area Manager to grow the business. The ideal candidate combines fashion passion with leadership and a track record of KPI achievements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• "Make it Happen" mindset - strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

About the Role:
