BuildPass in Melbourne is seeking a Sales Manager – Construction Tech to lead a lean revenue team and own the end-to-end sales process from SDRs to AEs. You will coach, jump on calls, and build the operating rhythm as the business scales with higher deal sizes.

This role offers competitive base plus uncapped OTE, with a path to influence a growing platform in AU/NZ compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales management across three AEs and five SDRs
• Coach the floor daily: call breakdowns, live feedback, the unglamorous reps-getting-better work
• Jump on calls yourself. This isn't a strategy-from-the-sidelines role
• Make the day-to-day management and support available to the team to reduce friction and roadblocks
• Support the shift from pure SMB into lower-mid-market as deal sizes and complexity grow
• Build the operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, forecasting discipline, standards that a fast-scaling team needs but hasn't had time to formalise
• Work alongside a newly-appointed Head of Revenue and co-founders who are still hands-on in the business
