Revinate is the hotel data activation platform powering guest insights across PMS, booking, spa, and other systems. The Account Manager for Oceania leads post-sales strategy, drives adoption, protects revenue retention, and identifies growth opportunities.

You will be the sole AM based in Australia, working with global partners to deliver value in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment with both virtual and on-site engagement.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of account management and client relationships.
• Experience in consultative sales and renewal management.
• Ability to present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Superuser of Revinate products and educate customers on adoption.
• Conduct regular reviews and workshops with Oceania clients.
• Manage renewals and upsells in collaboration with Sales.
• Provide feedback from customers to Product team to influence roadmap.
• Build relationships across customer organizations and coordinate time zones.
• Track and report on loyalty touchpoints and outcomes.
• Lead regional strategy to protect revenue and drive growth.
• Navigate multiple teams to ensure high client satisfaction across the region.
