Job summary

Revinate is the hotel data activation platform powering guest insights across PMS, booking, spa, and other systems. The Account Manager for Oceania leads post-sales strategy, drives adoption, protects revenue retention, and identifies growth opportunities.

You will be the sole AM based in Australia, working with global partners to deliver value in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment with both virtual and on-site engagement.

Role Overview

The Revinate Account Manager leads post-sales strategy to build scalable, repeatable processes that drive continuous value for our customers. As the sole Account Manager based in Australia, you will serve as the strategic lead and primary face of Revinate for the entire Oceania market. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in understanding complex systems, software integrations, and technical architectures, combined with proven client-facing success. In this highly autonomous role, you will drive product adoption, protect revenue retention, and identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts across the region, thriving in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment through a high velocity blend of virtual and on‑site engagement.

Goals

• Client Success: All clients across the Oceania region must be DELIGHTED with Revinate and our service, not just satisfied.
• Client Management: As the sole regional AM, you are the definitive single point of contact for local clients, orchestrating support from global groups like training and Client Solutions.
• Renewals: Success is driven by high NPS and Renewals. This role will be responsible for renewals of defined Strategic accounts throughout the Oceania region.
• Product Support: Understand the unique requirements and use cases of Oceania-based customers. Prioritize them for review with the global Product team to ensure regional needs are championed.

What You’ll Do

• Superuser of all Revinate products, know it all inside out.
• Provide coaching and education to improve adoption of the Revinate products by every customer in the region.
• Conduct regular customer reviews/virtual workshops to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement.
• Deliver best practices to customers to help improve their overall customer success and the value that Revinate brings.
• Building relationships beyond the day to day customer contact to ensure engagement across the organization. You will also navigate time zones effectively to connect with global reporting lines.
• Transparently report and track customers through the loyalty touchpoint process.
• Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from Oceania customers back to the Revinate Product team.
• Renewals – manage renewals with existing customers across Oceania, coordinating closely with Sales.
• Upsells – educate customers on new Revinate products and identify upsell opportunities, again coordinating closely with Sales.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of account management, including presentation skills, and short/mid/long term opportunity management is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales methodologies used to prospect within the account, consult with the client on business issues, create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales/renewals.
• Must be a highly self-motivated self-starter; as the sole regional representative, very little supervision is required and autonomous execution is critical.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, and/or business consulting, preferably within a SaaS model.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• 25% travel may be required across Australia, Singapore and the broader Oceania region.
