DHL Group in Melbourne is seeking an OFR Transport Manager to lead Ocean Freight operations to the next level. You will guide a high-performing team, own operational and financial performance, and strengthen customer and supplier relationships to deliver outstanding results.

As a leader, you’ll empower your people, drive productivity and profitability, and continuously look for smarter ways to work. You’ll report into the logistics leadership and play a key role in continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and feedback skills.

• Knowledge of import processes, regulatory requirements, FCL/LCL and ground transportation.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of productivity and profitability.
• Confidence managing customer and operational escalations.
