Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and feedback skills.
• Ability to influence people and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of import processes, regulatory requirements, FCL/LCL and ground transportation.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of productivity and profitability.
• Confidence managing customer and operational escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A continuous-improvement mindset.
