Qualifications

• Experience in global freight forwarding operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Structured, methodical work with strong planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet time-critical requirements across daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Experience maintaining shipment volumes and status reporting.
• Resilient and client-satisfaction focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to meet service expectations and provide updates.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment processing to meet client requirements and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with ABF, AQIS, RACA and other regulations.
• Monitor shipping line issues and manage revenue leakage and AR matters.
• Support client onboarding and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements to streamline service flow and billing notes.
