Job summary

National 360's Sydney team seeks an Occupational Therapist to support clients across Western Sydney. You will manage a diverse caseload from mental health to paediatrics, with options for telehealth, home visits, and in-clinic sessions.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and receive supervision, professional development, and clear career progression, while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (applied for is acceptable).
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to a vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
• NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check (Willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or generalist work.
• Provide high-quality, person-centred supports across Western Sydney.
• Offer flexible appointment scheduling, including telehealth, home visits and clinic sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Providing high-quality, person-centred support throughout Western Sydney.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Alexandria or Silverwater office for team day/s.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and positive behaviour support practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
