Job summary

National 360 is hiring a Graduate Occupational Therapist to join the Deer Park team in Victoria. The 12-month 360 GO Graduate Program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and clear pathways to build confidence and skills in community settings.

You'll work under supervision to deliver high-quality care, with a structured curriculum covering simulated practice, experiential learning, and theoretical workshops, enabling professional growth.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration or plan to apply for AHPRA.
• Interest in community healthcare and collaborative practice.
• Willingness to obtain required checks (NDIS WWCC, WWC).

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the community, at home, in clinics or via telehealth.
• Attend 1:1 or group supervision with Clinical Supervisor.
• Prepare for appointments, write reports and case notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support outcomes.
• Engage with the 360 GO Graduate Curriculum via LMS.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Role

In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

• Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.


• Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.


• Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.


• Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.


• Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System (LMS).


• Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a real impact.

About You

You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter, and you're ready to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You might have a special interest area or have preference for a generalist caseload. You're organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.


• You are an early career clinician or soon-to-be graduate, eager to develop your skills, grow your confidence, and make a meaningful impact.


• You have an interest in community healthcare.


• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.


• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
