Job summary

National 360 in Sydney is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Occupational Therapist to mentor and develop both emerging and experienced OTs across NDIS, private and aged care settings.

You will lead 1:1 and group supervision, review cases, and support high-quality clinical practice, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Driver's license and access to vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, or generalist work in community, telehealth, and clinic settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to OTs through 1:1 and group meetings, report reviews, and joint visits.
• Develop and review intervention plans to support positive client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice and compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Mentor early career clinicians and new team members through education and development.
• Engage in team life and events to foster a connected workplace culture.

About The Role

• Manage a caseload that suits your interests whether that's mental health, Paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix, across community, telehealth and clinic settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Occupational Therapists through 1:1 and group meetings, report reviews, case discussions, and joint visits.
• Develop and review individualised intervention plans, providing clinically appropriate recommendations to support positive client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, documentation and compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Clinical Practice Advisors and multidisciplinary teams to support effective workflow and quality service delivery.
• Mentor and support early career clinicians and new team members through education, guidance and professional development.
• Get involved in team life from social events and lunches to celebrations that help build a connected and supportive workplace culture.

About You

• You have 3+ years' experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• You have AHPRA registration.
• You have unrestricted Australian working rights.
• You have a current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
