Job summary

National 360 seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered care across the community and clinic settings. The role offers flexibility, a manageable caseload, and strong clinical support, enabling growth while maintaining balance.

Work from home options and regular team days at the Leederville office are available. You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to community-based allied health services with opportunities for development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum 1+ years experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to own vehicle and a current driver's license.
• NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Shape a flexible caseload through community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Support clients and the community in and around Perth's southern suburbs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OT, speech pathologists, BSPs and physiotherapists.
• Engage in regular supervision, professional development and career progression.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with the option to work from home and designated office days.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• You have current AHPRA registration (or pending).
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1 + years experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
