Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to support clients and their networks across Perth's southern suburbs and surrounding areas. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based OT services with options for clinic, telehealth, and home visits.

You'll bring 3+ years' experience in community, private, or acute settings, APHRA registration (or pending), and a valid driver's licence. NDIS checks and WWC are required or obtainable.

• APHRA Registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum 3+ years in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.

• Manage a caseload across diverse settings including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, and home mods.
• Flexible appointment setting with options to work from home and at Leederville office.
• Participate in supervision, PD and career development with a focus on work-life balance.

About The Role

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Leederville office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• You have current APHRA Registration (or pending).
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
