Job summary

National 360 is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide person-centered, evidence-based therapy across community and clinic settings in Perth. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and have the option to work from home while staying connected with the local team.

Relocation and visa sponsorship are available for eligible candidates from the UK and Ireland, with ongoing professional support and development opportunities within a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration or eligibility.
• Passion for supporting clients across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Medicare, and private funding.
• 1+ years of community, private practice, or acute care experience.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle or ability to arrange one.
• Willingness to obtain the required NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to clinical interests across paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, mental health, or a generalist mix.
• Deliver therapy across community, in-home, telehealth and clinic settings.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, families and support networks.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
• Access regular clinical supervision, professional development and mentoring.
• Flexible schedule with options to work from home and connect with the Perth team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Occupational Therapist with National 360, you'll provide person centered, evidence based therapy to help clients achieve their goals and live more independently. You'll enjoy a varied community based role with the flexibility to develop your clinical interests while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Your role will include:

• Managing a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, mental health or a diverse generalist mix.
• Delivering therapy across community, in-home, telehealth and clinic settings.
• Building meaningful relationships with clients, families and support networks.
• Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Accessing regular clinical supervision, professional development and ongoing mentoring.
• Enjoying flexibility in how you structure your day, with opportunities to work from home and connect with your local Perth team.
• Participating in team events, shared learning and initiatives that encourage professional growth.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll ideally have:

• A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration.
• A genuine passion for supporting a diverse range of clients across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Medicare and private funding.
• 1+ Years Experience in community, private practice or acute settings.
• A current driver's license and access to a vehicle, or a willingness to arrange these.
• A willingness to obtain the required NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, where applicable.
