Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join a large, collaborative team in Residential Aged Care, delivering personalised mobility and functional programs built around resident goals. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, support falls prevention and pain management, and tailor care plans in line with the Plena Care Pathway.
A competitive salary of 80,000–90,000 AUD plus super is offered with flexible work-life balance.

You will be involved in a new innovative way of offering allied health services to our wonderful Clients. Our Plena Care Pathway has been designed to provide our therapists with an opportunity to tailor therapy programs for our residents, built from resident goals and priorities, and delivers evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one therapy interventions and group based active aging services.
