Job summary

Plena Healthcare invites physiotherapists and occupational therapists to join a large, supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, personalised care in Residential Aged Care homes across Australia. You’ll contribute to Plena Care Pathway, focusing on functional, goal-driven programs for residents.

You'll perform comprehensive assessments, promote falls prevention and pain management, and lead individual and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
• Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
• Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
• Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
• Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.
