Job summary

PC Ability Pty Ltd is seeking an NDIS Occupational Therapist to join the Penrith team in a community-based role, delivering home and community-based therapy to participants to help them achieve goals and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration and experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management, with a proactive attention to detail.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with kilometre reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants and tailor therapy programs to individual needs.
• Conduct clinical assessments of functional capacity (physical and psychological).
• Provide practical recommendations including assistive technology and environmental adaptations.
• Collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Grow into leadership roles and contribute to team development as you progress.

As a NDISOccupational Therapist, you’ll:

We’re looking for anOccupational Therapistwith:

• AHPRA registrationand experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
