Job summary

PC Ability Pty Ltd is a national NDIS allied health provider expanding NSW services. An Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of NDIS experience is sought to support Alexandria and surrounding suburbs.

Applicants should hold AHPRA registration, demonstrate exceptional communication, and have a willingness to obtain necessary checks. Hybrid working arrangements, ongoing professional development, and relocation support are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
• Assessing participants' functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment.
• Using clinical skills to develop participant-centred goals tailored to the client’s circumstances.
• Opportunities to develop a specialised caseload in areas of interest.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to adapt environments for participants including assistive technology.

The Role:

• Opportunities to develop a specialised case load in areas of interest
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology

About You:

• Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
• 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management with a strong attention to detail
• Honesty, integrity and a positive approach
