Job summary

PC Ability, part of Procare Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support NSW services in Alexandria and surrounding suburbs. You will manage caseloads, assess functional capacity, and develop participant-centred goals with opportunities to specialise.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and ongoing professional development. Requirements include AHPRA registration, 2+ years in NDIS therapy, checks, and strong communication with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management with a strong attention to detail.
• Honesty, integrity and a positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve outcomes.
• Assess participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities.
• Develop participant-centred goals tailored to client circumstances.
• Opportunity to develop a specialised caseload in areas of interest.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to adapt environments and assistive tech.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes
• Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
• Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances
• Opportunities to develop a specialised case load in areas of interest
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology

About You

• Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
• 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
