Concentric is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Bella Vista, NSW, offering full or part-time opportunities. You will assess clients in NDIS and community settings, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support independence and quality of life.

• Current APHRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
• Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
