Job summary

PC Ability, part of the Procare Group, is seeking a Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join the Parramatta team in a community-based role. You will work with participants in homes and local settings to help them reach goals and improve quality of life.

The role includes mentoring junior clinicians, conducting assessments, and delivering tailored therapy. A flexible hybrid model and growth opportunities are offered to support your career development.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration and 2+ years in NDIS therapy services.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
• Excellent communication and time management with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants and tailor therapy programs.
• Conduct clinical assessments of functional capacity (physical and psychological).
• Provide practical recommendations including assistive technology and environmental adaptations.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians while expanding team capability.
• Collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Lead internal presentations and contribute to team growth.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

• AHPRA registration and 2+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
