Job summary

PC Ability, part of Procare Group, is seeking a Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join the Queensland team in Logan or Gold Coast. This community-based role involves working with participants in their homes, with mentoring and training to grow skills in NDIS and community therapy.

The position offers a flexible hybrid model, with opportunities for leadership, professional development, and a supportive, inclusive team culture.

This community-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

• AHPRA registration and 1.5+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
