Job summary

PC Ability, part of the Procare Group, is seeking an NDIS Occupational Therapist to join the Penrith team in a community-based role. You will work with participants in their homes and local environments, tailor therapy plans, and help improve quality of life.

The role offers mentoring, training, and potential leadership opportunities as you grow in the NDIS and community therapy space. The position supports a flexible hybrid working model, with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and career

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.

• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Have the opportunity to grow into leadership, deliver presentations, and contribute to team development as you progress as a senior clinician.

As a NDIS Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

• AHPRA registration and experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
