Job summary

Better Rehab is offering a graduate Occupational Therapy program designed by clinicians for clinicians, with structure, mentorship, and multidisciplinary backing. You will gain autonomy in managing a diary across home, clinic and community settings, under strong supervision.

The role supports NDIS participants aged 6–65, with neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial disability, in a community-based, participant-led service. Travel and long-term growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate Occupational Therapy qualification, due 2026 or Jan 2027.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role

You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Psychosocial disability

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
