Job summary

Better Rehab in Australia is seeking graduates for a structured Occupational Therapy Graduate Program in Darwin. You will work across community settings delivering participant-led therapy with support from a multidisciplinary team.

You'll complete a comprehensive induction, ongoing supervision, and paid study leave while developing clinical skills for long-term success in disability services. This role offers flexibility across community, clinic, and work-from-home options.

Qualifications

The Role

Working across Darwin, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Psychosocial disability

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
