Job summary

Better Rehab offers a national Graduate Program designed by clinicians for clinicians, providing mentorship, structure and flexibility to set graduates up for long-term success beyond the grad year.

You will support NDIS participants aged 6-65 in community, home and clinic settings, delivering functional, participant-led therapy with supervision to guide your growth.

NDIS participants, clinical supervision and a structured induction are provided, along with resources and travel support.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver's licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans.
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress across settings.
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The Role

You'll support NDIS participants aged 6-65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Psychosocial disability

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You'll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Our Graduate Program

You'll receive:

• A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
• 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
• 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
• $2500 flexible PD allowance
