The Role

Working in Springwood, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Spinal cord injuries
• Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Our Graduate Program

• A graduate‑specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
• 1:1 discipline‑specific supervision
• 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
