Better Rehab is offering an Occupational Therapist Graduate Program for 2027 in Western Australia. This full-time, permanent role supports NDIS participants across a diverse community caseload with hands-on mentorship and a structured induction.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centred therapy in homes, day centres and clinics, progressively building autonomy in diary management and clinical skills.

The Role
You’llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Psychosocial disability

This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
