Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings in Parramatta and broader NSW. The role supports full-time or part-time arrangements, with generous salary packaging and opportunities for growth.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, develop therapy plans, and help participants maximise their NDIS funding. A positive approach, strong communication, and commitment to development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• General AHPRA Registration is required.
• Demonstrated positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Develop therapy plans using evidence-based tools to support NDIS funding and participant goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and participate in supervision.
• Leverage support from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor to grow practice.
