Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in Seven Hills. This role offers full-time or flexible options (part-time 4 days or 9-day fortnight) with competitive salary and benefits.

You will work across homes, schools and community settings, developing evidence-based plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will be supported by a Team Leader and Therapy Mentor, while exploring professional development and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
General AHPRA Registration.
Positive and flexible approach to work.
Commitment to personal and professional development.
Valid driver's license.
NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Working with Children Check.
Experience in NDIS/disability preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Working in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
Assessments and therapy plans to support participants and maximise NDIS funding.
Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and share updates on progress.
Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
