Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing OT to NDIS participants. This role suits those seeking a full-time position, with part-time 4 days per week or 9-day fortnight options also considered.

You'll work across diverse settings—from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres—delivering evidence-based therapy plans and maximizing NDIS funding in collaboration with a supportive team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and General AHPRA Registration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Valid driver's license and required checks (NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children Check)

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings—homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessment and support participants in achieving goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports
• Attend weekly team meetings and lean on mentors for guidance
